Our Story
Founded in 2021, B1 Properties is a boutique brokerage in Dubai dedicated exclusively to the ultra-luxury real estate sector. Operating at the highest tier of the market, the firm represents select buyers and sellers of rare trophy assets, guided by CEO Babak Jafari and a specialized team of advisors.
Rather than chasing volume, B1 Properties focuses on high-impact execution, discretion, and market-defining transactions. To date, the firm has brokered over AED 4 billion in sales and currently manages AED 1.4 billion in active listings, anchored by some of the most significant and record-breaking property sales in the region.

2022
Closed Dubai’s priciest Royal Atlantis penthouse, the most expensive Palm Jumeirah signature villa, and six ultra-luxury properties in four months.
2024
Secured the listing for the Bvlgari Mansion at Bvlgari Resorts and Hotels, currently one of Dubai's most expensive mansions for sale.
2025
Brokered a landmark AED 88 million Palm Jumeirah signature plot sale, recording the highest price-per-square-foot transaction of the year.

Babak Jafari
I started B1 Properties with a simple premise: Dubai’s ultra-luxury market deserved a brokerage built specifically for it, not a generalist firm treating it as one segment among many.
That focus has shaped everything about how we work. We operate with a small, dedicated team rather than a large one, because trophy asset transactions require depth of knowledge and attention that doesn’t scale. We measure our progress not just by the number of transactions we close, but by their significance. Several of our sales have gone on to redefine value benchmarks in the market.
